I work with people in Victoria, BC and online who are reconnecting to their own intuition, ancestors, and spiritual practice after loss, deconstruction, harm, or a period of disconnection. My approach is animistic, relational, embodied, and collaborative. I honor your direct relationship with the sacred and the unique shapes it takes in your life.

I provide consultations for individuals navigating questions about high-control groups, spiritual abuse, and coercive dynamics. Drawing on my research and clinical understanding of coercive control, I help you navigate grey areas, identify patterns, and gather resources for what’s next.
